
Rebecca Lang
Rebecca Lang grew up playing the violin and didn't know she could write songs and sing until a bit later in life. She started a band in her mid 30's (Butter Queen Sister) and currently plays solo with electric guitarist, Chris Kennedy. She writes mostly folk/Americana, some instrumental songs on violin and also writes children's music. Her songs are inspired by everyday beautiful people, nature, her four sons and of course, love!

Rebecca has played on the following Radio Interviews/Stations: Sisters in Music Radio, Folk Show WXPN with Ian Zolitor, Indieartst Music Radio, ITNS Radio, XAM Life Radio, Ray Naylors Philly Folk Scene WPPM FM. Her song, Give Me Your Tired, taken from the famous Emma Lazarus poem, The New Colossus, was a 2019 finalist at Songs for Social Change (RAWA). Her song, Suns' Rays also won a 2020 contest (Star Launch).
